Rally UXR is seeking a dependable and organized Remote Office Assistant to support our HR and Operations teams. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in a digital work environment and is committed to keeping remote teams productive, efficient, and well-coordinated.

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, scheduling requests, and virtual meeting coordination
Oversee email communication, maintain inbox organization, and support correspondence needs
Maintain digital filing systems and ensure accurate document organization
Assist with data entry, record updates, and basic reporting tasks
Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR and Operations
Facilitate smooth communication between departments while maintaining confidentiality
Deliver general remote office support and assist with special projects as needed

Requirements

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written communication and professional correspondence skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
