Job Title: Senior Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM (Asset Management, Logistics & Warehouse)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead and deliver end-to-end implementations with a focus on Asset Management and Warehouse & Logistics capabilities. This role requires a strong functional background, client-facing experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM solutions, with emphasis on:
- Asset Management
- Warehouse Management (WMS)
- Inventory & Logistics
Conduct requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional designs
Configure and optimize SCM modules including:
- Asset lifecycle management, maintenance plans, and work orders
- Warehouse processes (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping)
- Inventory control, replenishment, and tracking
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution design and integrations
Support data migration, testing (UAT), and go-live activities
Provide best practice guidance and process improvements aligned with industry standards
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (or Dynamics AX SCM)
Proven experience implementing:
- Asset Management module
- Warehouse Management / Logistics solutions
Strong understanding of:
- Supply chain processes
- Inventory and warehouse operations
- Maintenance and asset lifecycle management
Experience with full lifecycle implementations (Discovery → Design → Build → Deploy → Support)
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Ability to lead workshops and manage stakeholder expectations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ERP implementations in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or asset-intensive industries
Familiarity with Azure DevOps / Agile delivery methodologies
Experience with integrations (e.g., WMS devices, third-party logistics systems)
Microsoft Dynamics certifications (SCM, Finance & Operations)
Exposure to automation, AI, or advanced analytics within SCM
